Phase 3: Training & Implementation
By this phase, we know your bank – and its people. With this knowledge, we customize product and service tools and highly interactive training sessions to optimize your front line. We teach them how to stop thinking like a banker, and instead, anticipate customer needs and act in ways that build efficiencies, relationships – and ultimately, profitability.
Phase 4: Implementation, Marketing & Completion
Even the best-laid plans can be derailed if they're not implemented or communicated correctly – both inside and out. In this final phase, we will help you strategize marketing efforts and provide ready resources as you continue to engage the plan. We'll ensure that the right messages are making it to your people – and the public. And finally, we'll loop back to your branches and spot mystery shop to benchmark results.
