Core Deposit Capture Planning
Utilizing a multifaceted approach, m.rae's core deposit team thoroughly analyzes and assesses how to strategically and tactically achieve the deposit goals set forth by your institution. Our process begins with a review of the institution from the inside out — from the top down. Starting with the board of directors and the strategic plan and reaching into the front lines through mystery shopping, we determine where the bank needs to focus to increase its core value. This process continues as we strengthen the long-term strategic values of your institution through deposit restructure, training programs, and ongoing education and support.
