Michelle Gula

President and CEO of m.rae resources, inc., Michelle Gula oversees the research and development of the group's signature Strategic Planning, Core Deposit Capture, ALCO, and Economic Platform services. In her chief role of strategic facilitator, she works with thousands of bank boards and management teams across the country to create quantifiable value, using her foundation in finance to apply income statement and balance sheet analytics to each plan.
Michelle is among the faculty of Sheshunoff Consulting + Solutions' CEO Affiliation and regularly appears elsewhere on the national speaking circuit. She is also widely published, having conducted original research and authoring industry papers on liquidity, risk awareness, the importance of the ALCO committee, and the economy. She is also a leading member of m.rae's economic council where she imparts timely insight through the firm's Economic Survival Kit.
Gula has also developed the firm's Art of Series of books to impart vital banking and business concepts. Her latest additions include the self-authored Art of Succession Planning and a second volume of The Art of Strategic Planning, which is co-authored by Chief Bank Strategist Jay Brew.
