President and CEO of m.rae resources, inc., Michelle Gula oversees the research and development of the firm's Strategic Planning, Board Education, facilitation and communication. In her chief role of strategic facilitator, she works with bank boards and management teams across the country to optimize each bank's unique risk and reward profile.
Michelle is among the faculty of Sheshunoff Consulting + Solutions' CEO Affiliation and regularly appears across the country on the speaking circuit. She is also widely published on capital planning, liquidity, risk awareness, the importance of the ALCO committee and Economic Awareness.
Gula has also developed the firm's Art of Series of books to impart vital banking and business concepts. Her latest additions include the self-authored Art of Succession Planning and a second volume of The Art of Strategic Planning.
