Frank Hassey
Director, Asset Management Partners
Economist and longtime finance expert, Frank Hassey serves as the Boston-based director of m.rae's fee-based investment management team, Asset Management Partners. He is also a counsel member of our Economic Survival Kit. His career spans nearly four decades, beginning notably with State Street Bank and Trust Company in Boston where he served as vice president and chief economist, eventually heading up the bank's Money Market Center and Investment Advisory Service for correspondent banks.
Over the years, Frank served as director of research at the Savings Banks Association of Massachusetts, vice president of the Fixed Income Management Group and an Investment Policy Committee member at the Bank of New England, as well as senior vice president and managing director at Constitution Capital Management. He later co-founded Asset Management Partners, which was acquired by BNK Advisory Group and later m.rae resources.
Frank has served as an instructor at the American Institute of Banking in Boston and the New England School of Banking at Williams College. He is a past president of the Boston Association for Business Economics and a graduate of Boston College and Columbia University.
