Michelle Gula
A longtime executive of BNK Advisory Group, Michelle Gula helped elevate the firm to national status before splitting off its fee-based services to form m.rae resources. Today, as President and CEO of m.rae, she acts as a chief strategic facilitator, in addition to overseeing the group's strategic planning, core deposit capture, asset/liability management and other services.
Jay Brew
Born of a banking family, Jay Brew began his career on Wall Street, working specifically with community banks. His commitment to that sector culminated in 1992 with the formation of BNK Advisory Group, which under Jay's leadership grew to become one of the top community bank advisory firms in the nation.
Dr. Ed Seifried
With more than 2,000 national and international presentations under his belt, Dr. Ed Seifried's straight-forward approach has earned celebrity status with bankers in all corners of the country.
Sharon Tercha
With nearly 20 years of marketing and public relations experience for clients ranging from community banks to Fortune 200 companies, and numerous colleges and universities, Sharon is exceptionally adept at blending strategy and creativity for marketing concepts and directives that work.
Jamie Sumner
For nearly a decade, Jamie Sumner has been integrally involved in the research and development of the firm's proprietary products including our Focus Report, quarterly analysis, and stock valuations. He also oversees all other analytical projects and support teams for clients.
Brian Velligan
Brian Velligan is the Managing Director of VBCBa/lanceSM and CEO of Velligan-Blaxall Consultants LLC. Through VBCBa/lance, Brian and his team offer nontraditional asset/liability solutions that meld strategic modeling with board/management education to empower and transform community banks across the country.
Hugh Blaxall
Hugh Blaxall is the Managing Director of VBCBa/lanceSM and President of Velligan-Blaxall Consultants, LLC. Through VBCBa/lance, Hugh and his team offer nontraditional asset/liability solutions that meld strategic modeling with board/management education.
Frank Hassey
Economist and longtime finance expert, Frank Hassey serves as the Boston-based director of m.rae's fee-based investment management team, Asset Management Partners.
John Schick
John Schick has an extensive array of banking experience ranging from risk-versus-return investment analyses and fixed-income securities trading to portfolio accounting and market pricing.
Janene Lyles-Davis
An integral part of the Asset Management Partners' team, Janene Lyles-Davis serves as a Client Development Representative for m.rae's fee-based investment clients. She is responsible for assisting customers with their investment needs and will show bonds that fit the customer's criteria.
Kyle Kuster
Kyle Kuster is an integral part of the m.rae team charged with the creation of deposit strategies, market initiatives, and economic awareness programs. He is directly responsible for client web audits and mystery shopping, and ultimately, making recommendations to tactical plans prepared for our valued clients.
