Michelle Gula
President and CEO Michelle Gula oversees the research and development of the group's signature Strategic Planning, ALCO, and Economic Platform services. In her chief role of strategic facilitator, she works with thousands of bank boards and management teams across the country to create quantifiable value.
Jamie Sumner
For nearly a decade, Jamie Sumner has been integrally involved in the research and development of the firm's proprietary products including our Benchmark and Peer Group Analysis and stock valuations. He also oversees all other analytical projects and support teams for clients.
Brian Velligan
Brian Velligan is the Managing Principal of VBCBa/lanceSM and CEO of Velligan-Blaxall Consultants, LLC. Through VBCBa/lance, Brian and his team offer nontraditional asset/liability solutions that meld strategic modeling with board/management education to empower and transform community banks across the country.
Hugh Blaxall

John Schick
John Schick has an extensive array of banking experience ranging from risk-versus-return investment analyses and fixed-income securities trading to portfolio accounting and market pricing.
Janene Lyles-Davis
An integral part of the Asset Management Partners' team, Janene Lyles-Davis serves as a Client Development Representative for m.rae's fee-based investment clients. She is responsible for assisting customers with their investment needs and will show bonds that fit the customer's criteria.
Megan Sciarrino
Megan Sciarrino directs a variety of the firm's initiatives involving marketing, education, and operations. With a career spanning television production, education, and healthcare, her diverse business perspective is invaluable to streamlining m.rae's interdepartmental functions and protocol.
